How To Use

Start by brushing at the bottom of your feet, always moving upwards towards your heart. This routine should take around 3-5 minutes.

Under a running shower or in the bath, use the Skin Food Shower Cream in place of soap and massage onto wet skin. Designed to have a very light lather, will not produce a high foam.

Apply the Skin Food Body Lotion daily to your skin after showering or bathing, and spread gently.

Avoid contract with the eyes.
