The Earth Tan Acacia Tan Accelerator is for those who want to get a very dark tan very fast.  It will give an immediate bronze glow when applied and will produce the darkest tan of all the Earth Tan jellies. 

This 4-in-1 tan activator, accelerator, extender, and colour enhancer, contains a natural plant dye from the Acacia Tree, found exclusively in Earth Tan accelerators, which enhances the colour of your tan to a deep, golden-brown hue. Carob Fruit extract ensures your skin continues to tan even after you have finished your tanning session, extending the life of your tan by up to 50%. 

Key ingredients include the deeply red Buriti Oil and Acacia Tree Bark Extract, a natural botanical brown dye, used to dye hair and textiles, and for its skin-soothing, anti-inflammatory, and healing properties. Together these ingredients take your tan to next level darkness.

For the best results:

• Activate: Apply daily to activate tanning and prepare your skin before sun exposure or going on holiday.
• Accelerate: Apply while tanning to accelerate and intensify your tan.
• Extend: Apply daily after tanning, or once back from holidays, to extend the life of your tan.

It helps to develop a tan faster to shorten your exposure time in the sun and can be applied over SPF to allow you to tan without burning - this doesn't contain any self-tanner or DHA, but does contain a bronzer.

Colour Enhancers to tint the skin.

• Acacia Catechu Tree Bark - found exclusively in Earth Tan accelerators, works to enhance the colour of your tan to golden-brown, deepen it, and further prolong its life. Has been used for centuries as a natural brown dye, and in Ayurvedic medicine as a skin healer.
• Buriti Oil - extracted by cold-pressing, which allows it to retain nearly all its multitude of carotenoids and coloured agents. It is a deep red oil, and contains 5 times the amount of carotene as carrot oil.
• Organic Calendula Flower Extract - is another colourant, derived using the same process, and is a deep brown colour.

In carefully measured proportions, these colourants add depth and a golden hue to the tan.

Key natural Ingredients:

• Inositol - found in the Mediterranean Carob Fruit is a completely natural element that stimulates skin melanocytes to produce melanin - ie to tan. It accelerates the late phase of tanning, triggering tanning well after you’ve been in the sun, giving up to 28% deeper colour, and up to 49% longer-lasting tan.
• Wild harvested Amazonian Coffee Oil - contains caffeine, which belongs to a class called methylxanthines. These elements are known to boost melanogenesis (protect the hypodermis, the layer under the skin, from damage by UV radiation). by improving microcirculation and stimulating melanocytes to produce melanin.
• Organic Glycerin - actively pulls water into skin, whilst Organic Coconut Oil seals it in, resulting in skin that is incredibly soft, smooth, and infused with moisture.
• Organic Green Tea, Coffee Oil & Rhatany Root - UV-protective botanical extracts powerfully combat UV damage and reduce the effects of photo-ageing. 
• Silica - gives a skin soft-blur photoshop effect, making it appear smooth and glowy.

How To Use

For best results:

• Apply the jelly to your skin before your time in the sun. Can be applied to the face.
• Re-apply after swimming, or as often as needed.
• Apply daily before and after UV exposure to maximise tanning and prolong the life of your tan.
  
• Does not contain any SPF. We recommend always using sun protection with your Earth Tan - layer the tan accelerator over or under your SPF.
  
• May transfer colour to light coloured clothes.

Expert Tips:

• Turn the jelly into a lotion by adding a few drops of water to the jelly and mix in the palm of your hand. Applying as a jelly or lotion will give the same results- the choice of texture is entirely up to you!
• Do not add water to the tube.
